Suggestions for poker in Atlantic City?

I'll probably be going in a few months, and I'm wondering if there are any suggestions as to where to play? I'm looking two things:

- relatively easy play (i.e. not just a room full of pros)
- stakes that aren't too high

And while I'm at it.... I live in PA -- is there anywhere else within driving distance besides A.C. ?

i have only been to 2 places, borgatta and tropicana. the borgatta looked REAL NICE but there was a 2+ hour wait. they actually said just to "come back in 2 hours and see where you are at on the list." so I left.

the tropicana was great. 2/4 limit tables with lots of bad players. never had more than a 15 minute wait. normally no wait at all. also has great poker rates for rooms if you are interested in that. i posted a trip report somewhere in here a while back.

I hate to sound like a complete idiot, but what do you mean by "poker rates for rooms" ? Are you talking about the poker room itself or the hotel room?

for the room. like.. the room rates at the trop are something like 150 for weekdays, but if you play 4 hours of poker a day you can get the room for more like 40/night on weekdays.

Thought I'd bump this for a few more suggestions. I still haven't gone, but I am really, finally, truly going next month.

Well, this is a bus trip, so I don't think I can go to the Borgatta (too far away). So I'll probably play at the Trop, or maybe the Taj.

One more question -- do any of these casinos offer "sit and go"-type tournaments? I don't have the time to play in a major tourney, but it'd be cool to play in a live sit-n-go.
