sucks though. i found out only 1st place pays out. 2nd place gets 0$

(that means i will finish 2nd most likely).

Why would you play any differently with a chip lead?

Iíve seen too many get a stack and then piss them away by playing more hands.

On the other hand, you can play hands you wouldn't normally and hope you catch something. That's called gambling, and any moron can do that, n'est pas?

Right but any moran can wait for a good hand and ride it also, n'est pas? That's why guys like Gus Hansen are so deadly and effective. But you have to play post-flop amazingly well like he does to do well when you play junk hands.

well, it was kindof both being on a steal and sick of playing. i was kindof bummed when i found out only one place was paying.. and my stack was getting smaller and smaller, so i felt i needed to do something to have any chance at first, and that was all that mattered.

it was suposed to be a satelite to a EPT qualifier. the prize pool didn't get big enough though. i thought that when the prize pool didn't get big enough, they reverted to a normal payscale... i was wrong. the winner got it all.
