Is there anyone here that doesn't like Chick Fil' A?

Was talking to some friends earlier about getting some Chick Fil A this weekend. Closest one to us is about 45 min away. Then we pondered if anyone WE knew didn't just love their food. None of us could think of any.....

Then you showed up and they were closed because it's Sunday.

I think their ads are hilarious. Their food is so-so, a bit better than the average fast food place.

They're okay. I don't really eat chicken sandwiches much, but I do have one every once in a while. They're nothing special, I'd say.

I like the place. We don't have them in MN, but when I was in DC last year I ate there a handful of times.

I only know them because they used to sponsor the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.

What area of the country are they in?

YES! I hate the bastards for being closed on Sundays. I used to work Mon-Sat, and Sunday would be my only day to run errands and such. I'd go to the mall about twice a year, think of Chick-Fil-A and get excited about getting one, only to be denied.

I used to eat there a lot.

I stopped going when they changed their bread from white to wheat and lettuce from iceburg to romaine.

I thought you had to ask for wheat bread and it was extra on top of that. At least thats the way it is at ours.

I'd say that they're damn good...but they have the widest....I guess disparity is the word I'm looking for...the widest disparity between being damn good when it's fresh to being pretty damn bad when it's been sitting around for a bit.

There's a few of 'em I know about here in South Florida. Now where's my absentee ballot? And what's with this dangling chad thingy....

There was one in our food court at the union at my college. It was a good alternative to McDonalds or pizza or whatever else was in there.

They have good waffle-cut fries.

For some reason I read the title as "Is there anyone here that doesn't like a fat chick?"

But I digress. Can't say I've ever tried a Chick Fil' A.

None here in Chicago that I know of. Never been to one either in my travels...but isn't this just fast food?

There are a couple in my area. I love their waffle fries. Fat chicks taste like chicken.

That's what I thought it said too.

There's a Chick Fil' A in the union food court at my college, but I have yet to try it in the four years I've been here. Maybe someday, maybe indeed.

The only time I've eaten at one it was terrible. But a new one is opening up 20 minutes from here, and I'll probably give it another try.

They are the originator of the Chicken sandwich, and it is awesome. I would love to open a free standing store, there is one about 30 minutes away from me, but one close to the house would be nice.

I don't really like it all that much. Granted all Ive had is their chicken sandwich though. If you drown in it barbeque sauce it was tolerable....

They have the best chicken sandwiches ever. They are great when they have cooled off as well.
