I got to try these out last weekend at a demo and the sound quality is pretty good. I don't know if they are really worth the $400 asking price that they start at though. You can get the best IPOD for that price which holds 10,000 songs compared to 15-20 for the base model of Thump.

$400 for me to lose or break within a month? I go through about 4 pairs of sunglasses a year, which is why I buy cheapo ones

I buy about 15 pairs of sunglasses once a year at the dollar store....

I wonder if these would fall off if you were running?

Yeah but Ipods don't protect me from harmful UV rays.
