Would you play in a DVDTalk PokerStars tournament?

I have emailed PS and my account has been set up to create Private Tournaments. (I guess you need 2000 FPPs and then you have to ask).

Anyways, if I set one up (maybe a weekly or monthly tournament) would you play? when would be a good time/day/date?

The only problem is, the min. buyin is 10+1. Hopefully this wont be a problem... just think of it as a night with the boys . I wouldn't blink at a 10$ buyin with my buddies.

I'm hoping to get some interest, I don't think there is a min/max amount of players that have to register.

What format would you like? NL/PL/Fixes

At $10+$1, I think you'd get a better turnout monthly - perhaps this could be added into the poll?

I'd consider it, although I don't have any money in my account right now.

at night, I'm assuming, right?

I don't have class on WED nights anymore, so that'd work for me.

I'm up for it, any ol' time. $10+1 is pretty cheap. Especially considering you're not even guaranteed to lose it. $^)

Hmm... Yes. I'd deposit $50 back in my account for that.

if someone absoultely couldn't put 50 in their account for whatever reason, but wanted to play, i could probably send them 11 bucks through pokerstars (i don't think there is a player transfer minimum... but maybe?) in exchange for paypal or something.

i will set up the tournament tonight and make a post about it.

There isn't a minimum transfer balance on PokerStars. I send my buddy $2 or less all the time so he can play the low limit tables.

Yes and no. If you are playing w/ your own money, then yes, $50. However, if you can get someone to transfer you the money, you can just have an open account w/o having to make that deposit.
