Plane crashes into building in Atlanta?

I just heard a quick blurb on the radio that a small plane has crashed into a building in Atlanta. Anyone here anything?

Small plane crashes in downtown Atlanta
ATLANTA (AP) A small plane went down just before 11 a.m. Tuesday in downtown Atlanta.

There were no immediate reports of injuries, said Atlanta Police spokeswoman Marion Lee. The accident happened near the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site, although the site was not damaged.

There were two people on board the twin-engine Beechcraft 55 plane when it crashed at 10:55 a.m., said FAA spokesman Christopher White. The plane had taken off from the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport in Atlanta and was headed to Venice, Fla., he said.

Witnesses said the plane spun out of control and that it hit an abandoned building. A rain storm was moving through the city at the time.

The plane is registered to J&R Aircraft Inc. of Nokomis, Fla. White said he did not know if there was a distress call from the plane before the crash.

Betcha one of the engines failed and it got into a Vmc roll. Easy to do in a Baron and very hard to recover from.

The weather here sucks today: low ceiling and rainy. PDK is to the northeast just outside the city, inside the perimeter, just above the final 'a' on the inset map. The crash location is just south of the center of the city about 8 miles away.
