My high score was 290. I even got 64 points for a single trick, which made the guy yell "woohoo!" (can't remember which trick it was, though...).

400+ earned me a high score, although I don't know how high it was.
One time I sent my guy flying way off screen, killing him, and the message under "AAAH! You're dead!" was "That was one hell of a dismount, though..."
