Criminals on the loose!!!!

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A suspect was still on the loose Wednesday morning after stealing two cases of soda from an area convenience store.

It happened at about 2:30 a.m. at the Quik Trip at 43rd and Main in Kansas City.

Two officers were eating their lunch in a parking lot when they saw a car speed off and run a stop sign.

A helicopter helped during the chase, but police never caught the suspect.

The suspect got away with a case of Pepsi and some Coca-Cola.

I remember Jay Leno having real footage of someone stealing a donut truck and then remarking that the suspect was arrested by "2000 police officers".

This would never have happened if Kerry was president.

I don't think just these two police officers are responsible for the escape either. I think there is strong evidence that "eating lunch" policies run up into the highest levels of authority.

I demand a commission. And reparations.

Yes, I believe that actually happened in my hometown.

Though, is it true that 60% of crimes in the US go unreported? I think Geraldo said that.

How many cases of soda are you protecting from the suspect?
