Was just outside around 9:30 pm (Southern Cali) for about 20 minutes and caught a couple of brilliant Earthgrazers.

Freakin' cloud cover in Chi town. Headed to the backwoods of Wisconsin Friday night, hope there are still some remnants. I go up every year for the shower, unfortunately it landed in the middle of the week this year and I couldn't get away.

It has been foggy in San Frisko for over a week. Doubt I'll be able to see anything soak in city lights.

Thank you, HN, for putting in this reminder. As soon as I read it, I quit reading the forum and dragged a mattress outside. My daughter and I talked and watched the stars for about an hour, then my son woke up and came out too. It was late (we didn't get back inside till 130) and my daughter was late for camp this morning, but it was definately worth it. We saw lots of meteors--about one every 3 minutes or so,

tasha
