What sources are used for the GDP answers? Looking at the Wikipedia link, the IMF, World Bank and CIA all say that Australia and the Netherlands have lower per capita GDPs.

having worked in the defense industry, I can think of more than 4 answers, but i figure sheep would go with #1

IMF says Australia has a higher nominal GDP than the U.S.

World Banks says the Netherlands has a higher nominal GDP
