Do google penalties get multiplied on lightning questions?
I think using the google option for a RS question should forfeit unique bonus points.
I also think the scoring system for these games is completely backwards, but it's a bit late now.

Good points that I will adopt for next time, but given that people have already submitted their answers in reliance on the rules I laid out, I'm not inclined to implement them this round.

Bush just appointed two justices to the Supreme Court and there were many names bandied about this forum. I remembered one. But I could be wrong.

Hey, for all I know, one of our members is the guy at the Heritage Foundation in charge of calculating the Index of Economic Freedom. Who knows what knowledge people have. Besides, it's a sheep question, so unless his friend's mother is a well-known judge, it won't give him an advantage, and if she is a well-known judge, he might well have known her name anyway.
