Note that there are unalienable rights besides the 3 explicitly mentioned - probably an infinite number.

Yep, as defined by the Declaration of Independence, unalienable rights include but are not limited to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness".

I asked for clarification ahead of time. Didn't get a response. If he asked for one of the 3 explicit rights mentioned in the DoI, then of course, I would have answered one of those 3. Then on top of it, to put quotes around "Inalienable" in the question (to suggest the DoI) when the word is really 'unalienable,' makes it all the worse.

NE is right for McCain, wrong for Obama. McCain won the 2 state-wide electoral votes available under the CDM.
