I think he deserves the benefit of the doubt.

Hell, the only one questionable at all to me is the current one.

I don't think it is a big deal. Google did me no good. Oh, wait, um...I mean, I don't think google would have done him any good.

I don't have any feelings of joy or superiority. But if I win now, it's going to be "because I googled anyway". I don't want the game to be ruined, so fine, I'll take myself out of it then...and no that isn't admitting guilt.

not a big deal.

It's a politics subforum on a dvd site - esoteric knowledge on the subjects should be expected.

I don't think you should do that. I agree that you should be given the benifit of the doubt. Also, let's face it, the game doesn't really matter that much.

I think The Bus is just trying to add some fun to the game. No one thinks you cheated (actually we all do )

In that thread we discussed metropolitan areas. Since it was after the game started and I made it clear I used Wiki in that thread, you can give me a wrong answer for that q. That's more than likely why I was able to recall the name so easily, and I sent in my answers after that. I'll accept that as being an unfair advantage.

Are you the kind of person that has broken multiple game controlers and/or TVs via throwing them in frustration?

No, not necessary. This is only an internet game. Like I said, the only person who knows for sure is you. And it kinda sucks its even brought up, much like being accused of cheating on a spouse because of circumstantial evidence. Knowing you didn't do it makes it that much more infuriating. No hard feelings.

Re: Politics & World Events (Reverse) Sheep, Round 2 — Electric Obama-Loo

Damnit, the Dallas Stars should count... as should the Yankees. The rest of the questionable answers shouldn't.

When they sing the national anthem everybody sings the line as "Oh say does that Stars Spangled banner yet wave." That sure as hell evokes patriotism in me. The question was what sports team evokes American patriotic symbols, not what sports team is named after a patriotic symbol. Stars are friggin' patriotic symbols. Who gives a shit where those stars came from?!

Also, CRM if I had thought of the Patriots I would have gone with them. All I could think of for obvious answers was the Eagles and the Senators and I wasn't sure if either of those were obvious enough.

The whole game is void anyway with the Russia answer admitted.

Re: Politics & World Events (Reverse) Sheep, Round 2 — Electric Obama-Loo

My answer to the next q is going to look 'obscure' too, because I chose a president that was wounded in a war before he took office.
The GDP one is an obscure country but it really isn't because it is in an area known for its oil-riches and high standard of living.

There may be some circumstantial evidence, but people know all sorts of bizarre things. Besides, there's no way to know if Random Poster X used Google to come up with Margaret Thatcher's name or "the Pursuit of Happiness." I say let the scores stand, and if Rockmjd cheated he will know and it will haunt his soul for all eternity. But if he says he didn't cheat, we should take him at his word.

Also, where do we draw the line? Pharoh obviously used some sort of search engine capable of hacking into my mailbox and copied my answers. Should we throw his score out, too?

Come to think of it, everyone who did better than I did obviously cheated. Throw all their scores out. I win!

(Serious about the first paragraph, kidding about the rest).

I would think knowing TR's VP is easier than doing that. I couldn't come close to doing that.

Patriotism fail: the line is "Oh say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave."
