They're not even an existing team. They're wrong for the same reason the French Indochina question was wrong.

Nothing in the question indicated the present. Anyway, I thought French Indochina was a wrong answer because it was a colony and not a country.

No, it was wrong because it does not exist. The team needs to have a name, not have had a name.

The Washington Senators are now the Twins. That is the name (Twins) that the team has.

Tense is important in these questions. See the UN question: "currently holds or previously held a seat"
