I'm going to go with no on the Adele comparison, but he has a good voice and Lose Control is a pretty decent song.

Lose Control becomes the first song ever to spend 100 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
The previous record-holder was "Heat Waves" by Glass Animals that spent 91 weeks on the Hot 100 chart from 2021-2022 (despite me never hearing of that song or artist, FWIW).

How high? 41-100 don't count. You haven't accomplished anything till you make it to 40 or under.

Better to say he has a top ten song which was number 1. Top 100 means nothing. For every top 40 song there are 50 top 100 songs that nobody ever heard or remembers.

I looked that one up. I have literally never heard that song before. And it's awful.

Lose Control, on the other hand, is pretty unavoidable. It's not bad, if nothing all that special.
