I was in section 105, row 23. I did have a little bit of the overhang issue, where I could not see the very top of the screen, but it was only really during the Fly that you miss some of that roof falling effect.

Now that U2 is done, they put up a nice video an hour ago. I loved that celling video during Beautiful Day.

I guess they weren't quite done when I last posted. Final show, on St Patrick's Day will be broadcast live on Sirius XM.

Looks like Iím going to the first Dead and Company show instead of the last. Really looking forward to it. If they play Ripple (particularly in the state Iíll be in) I may never stop crying. Though Iím not a big deadhead that song is special.

Well, as I suspected might happen when their Long Goodbye Tour didnít include their usual stop in Vegas, the Eagles have reportedly worked a deal to have a 10-weekend residency at the Sphere starting in September. I will definitely try to make one of the shows, though of course itís not really the same without Glenn Frey.

Also, could a mod please change this thread title to Vegas Sphere Concert Residency Thread or something like that?

I keep getting emails from the Sphere and MSG that tickets for Dead and Co are still available. Did they over estimate demand? I just looked and tickets at all levels even GA are available at list prices.

It was so weird to book Phish and Grateful Dead back-to-back. Their fanbases overlap completely.
And there's still nothing else lined up for the Sphere going forward, besides the movie show.

Once U2 took all their intricate camera hardware, any other bands/artists had to bring in their own or only use the projection systems within the Sphere. At that point, it's about the sound system.
