Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
Hmm.... Never seen her. Might like to check the show out.
How is she these days? Does she still put on a good show? |
Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
BTW : Who puts out a tour announcement and does Presale the same day????

Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
Kinda interested in the Tulsa, OK show. Depends if she wants both arms and legs for a ticket. I also need to see a setlist to make sure it isn't 90% shit from her last four albums. And if there is any rapping by a guest artist I might kill myself in my seat.

Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
Agreed, if I were to go I'd hope it really is more stuff from her NYC 80s days. Here is last real full setlist that I could track down (from 2020):
Madonna Concert Setlist at Le Grand Rex, Paris on March 8, 2020 | setlist.fm |
Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
Fanclub Pre-sale (I found the code online) tix for Montreal range from nosebleeds at $99 to floor $590
Toronto starts at $137 to $560 |
Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
General Public tix about to drop. Let the madness begin!
|
Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
Curious, I popped into a cue. Lowest price when I got through (only took about 5 minutes of waiting) was $88 including fees (this is for Night 1 Montreal). I debated and released it back into the wild. I'll wait for Springsteen :p
At any rate, it wasn't as hard as Taylor Swift appeared. That said, again curious, I glanced at what tix are now. People selling same area where $88 seats were for $900. Cheapest seats 5 min after tix dropped was $140. |
Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
SIDE NOTE: While on the site totally was reminded of Metalica tix. Checked what they are running for. Cheapest is $900. Nope. :p

Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
As far as setlist goes...
My wife wanted to go, and while Madonna was/is a top 5 show for me, she is going with friends...I got them 3 seats for $390 (pre-fees) in the lower bowl... |
Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
Ha, my wife said she wasn't interested so we're not going.

Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
Madonna was found unresponsive and rushed to a New York City hospital Saturday, Page Six can exclusively reveal. We hear the “Material Girl” singer, 64, was intubated for at least one night before having the tube removed — and she is now alert and recovering. We’re also told that her daughter Lourdes Leon was by her side throughout the ordeal. Madonna’s longtime manager, Guy Oseary, shared on Instagram Wednesday that his client had “developed a serious bacterial infection which led to a several day stay in the ICU.” While a source tells us the Queen of Pop is now “out of the ICU,” Oseary explained in his post, “She is still under medical care. A full recovery is expected.” Earlier this year, Madonna announced she would launch her “Celebration” tour in honor of the 40th anniversary of her music career. The 84-date global trek was expected to kick off July 15 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, but Oseary’s Instagram post revealed it has been postponed in light of the health scare. “We will share more details with you as soon as we have them, including a new start date for the tour and for rescheduled shows,” he added. |
Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
Scary. Sounds like good news though. That is lucky.

Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
"Found irresponsive" is not good, no matter how they spin it. Wonder how close she came to joining Prince, MJ and a lot of the other '80s icons who left way too soon.
|
Re: Madonna - The Celebration Tour
Sad out of all those icons she would be the last one standing.
I was surprised her current tour sold out since I thought people moved on and more Swifties than Madonna fans. |
