For myself, I neither 'still remember her' nor did I ever know of her.

Well that was the whole reason I said it. It was meant to be tongue in cheek based on the discussion about which song is actually more popular as if either song mattered to someone who'd never heard of her.

Ok, to be fair, I just watched both videos on YouTube, and I can say without a doubt that I do not remember either of them.
Cute girl though.

I just watched both videos. Recognized 1000 Years, didn't recognize Jar of Hearts. Didn't recognize the tattoo covered singer at all.

Oh yeah, I know it was tongue in cheek, I was basically agreeing with you.

If I didn’t look at the names of posters and you made me guess, I’d have said this is an Oldboy thread.

Many artists aren't known for their biggest hit/most popular.
Examples
Aerosmith's most popular song was I Don't Want to Miss A Thing
John Lennon's most popular is Just Like Starting Over
McCartney's most popular is Silly Love Songs
Rolling Stones most popular is Honky Tonk Women

No, I've never heard of her or the songs. I stopped listening to pop music before her.

I am familiar with the song but never knew who the artist was. I find the trill of her voice a bit off-putting and grating so my interest is limited.
