Yeah. After I posted I went to the Wikipedia page on Free-For-All and it said, well, basically everything you just said.

Off to Vinyl Junkies Record Shack this weekend and back to the "Digger's Den" of $3 and $5 records.

Very true, it was everywhere. But it was a prime example of an album where the cover (which was metal as shit) did NOT reflect the style of music within.

Molly Hatchet comes to mind when you say this. Their album covers scream Manowar, not Lynyrd Skynyrd.

I'm sure a lot of us are in the same age range but Bat out of Hell 2 came out my Senior year. I don't recall if "If I could do anything for love" was our Prom theme, but if not it was a strong contender. That came out in the Fall so it may have been used for a Homecoming instead. I always thought it was pretty cool that in an era of Mtv that such an unconventional artist could have the biggest song in the nation. I loved that album. Actually listened to a few tunes off it last week, which I hadn't done in years.

Exactly. It's year 3. Fuck the pro-Covid folks. He made his choice and his family gets to deal with it.

Oh yeah, that's another good example, those amazing Frazetta fantasy paintings don't fit the music at all.

He should have gotten the vaccine if he had health issues. At such an old age you need the vaccine if you out there in public.

He doesn't have to worry about being out in the public any longer. Still sad to see people piss away living years over a nonsensical stance.

... but that was his choice.

We don't really have a say in it.. Just the same if some idiot wants to jump off a bridge, hang himself or become a heroin addict.

That's why it's called " Free Will ".

Because jumping off a bridge is highly contagious.

For better or worse, I don’t see any large political movement encouraging their followers to jump off a bridge.

People commit suicide all the time.

It's on social media, on TV and film..

So you tell me.

So his real name is Robert Paulson? I see Wiki and some others say he was Marvin Aday. Hence he was credited in some acting jobs as Meat Loaf Aday.

It’s a quote from Fight Club.

Watched Fight Club over the weekend after not seeing it in a few years. That "His name was Robert Paulson" was a mantra during one part of the movie. Its said over and over again...
