The Pogues - I think the band had 2 shark jumps. The 1st shark jump was when they shifted their sound too much away from the Irish/Celtic sound to a more mainstream sound (mainly on the "Hell's Ditch" album). And the 2nd shark jump was firing Shane MacGowan when his drinking got out-of-control (although I'm not sure if his drinking was ever in-control).

(At least when the Pogues had their reunion that lasted for many years of touring, Shane MacGowan was front, drunk, and center.)
