Any news regarding Van Halen?
 

Their last album was released over 6 years ago. After reuniting with DLR & the success of A Different Kind of Truth, I assumed they'd at least have one other album out by now (other than the Tokyo Dome live album). I know they toured for a long time but have there been any rumors of a next album?

Last thing I remember reading anything about the band was some talk of Hagar wanting to tour with Roth and the rest of Van Halen. But sadly nothing seemed to come of it.

Hopefully they realized that DLR now has a mere fraction of the talent he used to possess, and no longer want to go through the embarrassment of having him strolling around on the stage basking in his own glory.

Eddie is a rare rockstar in that he actually saved his money and invested well. He's filthy rich. There really isn't urgency to get out there and tour. If it happens it'll be on his terms, whatever they may be.
