Nile Rogers - Music Producer
 

There was recently aired in the UK a pretty good three part documentary featuring Nile Rogers titled How to make it in the music business

Nile has produced a lot of hits, from Bowie to Diana Ross, to Madonna to Duran Duran

But it seems almost all of these artists only worked with Nile on one album

He sounds like he definitely upset Diana Ross making her a gay icon and similarly Madonna didn't seem too happy

Even though they were hits, not many went back for more album producing

Anyone know more of the stories ?

Bowie did two albums with him, Let’s Dance and Black Tie White Noise.

He did an additional album with Duran Duran, albeit about 30 years later.
