Talented unknown musicians
 

I came upon Charles Jones just by doing a search for a live version Donnie Hathaway's cover of Jealous Guy. This guy is so talented it's hard for me to believe he doesn't have an album out, let alone a music contract.

As we all know, the web (especially YouTube) has been a great tool in giving little known musicians better exposure. Let's post some of our finds.

Really cool garage rock band The Mystery Lights. Signed to Daptone Records the same label as the also criminally underknown Sharon Jones and Charles Bradley

If you like emo or goth folk, definitely check out Marissa Nadler. She deserves far more attention for her catalog of albums put out over the past decade.
