They've since removed it - http://www.rollingstone.com/music/ne...ng-now-w485336

I guess they'll just wait until Lolla has passed.

Re: Arcade Fire -- "Everything Now" -- 7/28/17

I got tickets for Philly. I may try and get them for the Garden too and decide which to go to later on. I probably shouldn't be going at all having just bought a house... and I did see them last year... and many times before... but hard to resist with a new album coming out.

Vinyl link on amazon, and it looks like the album will be short enough that it should require only one disc and not 2 (& have a same day release

Well between Arcade Fire, Eminem, and the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 soundtrack, it looks like it's definitely back in vogue. Too bad I got rid of my 2000 Toyota Corolla.

I'm not totally in love with Arcade Fire. But I like 'em.

Like this new song.

This cassette thing has got to stop. Vinyl stuck around because there is/was a perceived quality to analogue sound reproduction. Fucking cassettes always sounded like shit. Bring back reel to reel if you want tape, cassettes are shit.

Everything Now reminds me so much of Abba, and I really like Creature Comforts..

Love Arcade Fire, haven't followed with them as much as I should but this album sounds fantastic, right up my ABBA alley

There may be a good song or two here, but nothing that I feel like I'm going to want to hear more than a few times ever again. Some songs are pretty cringe-worthy.

I don't think the album is as bad as some of the reviews suggest. There's enough I like that I've come back to it several times this weekend. All in all will probably fall along side Neon Bible as one of their lesser works.

I have to admit the bad reviews are putting me off getting this right away. A shame as I've generally liked their other work... will have to decide for myself soon I guess.

It's not in the same galaxy as Neon Bible (which I loved). This is a fucking disco record. Nobody who listens to Arcade Fire wanted that.

I wouldn't even label it a disco record
it's just a pointless record
