Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
I still supposedly have multiple codes for free tickets. Has anybody found a way to search for available shows in a specific to your area? Only link I found lists shows for every region of the country. Ridiculous to have to search through that for the few shows that would be in the PNW.

Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
I tried again---the show was on the list, it wasn't sold out, I was just getting General Admission seats, and it didn't accept the voucher.

Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
Only a limited number of the GAs are available for vouchers. Could be 10 could be 50. As a test, I tried about 8 "eligible" shows. None worked. As stated earlier, these things are virtually useless.

I wonder if they will get sued again about how shitty the codes are.

Yeah, the whole free ticket thing is seeming increasingly stupid, complicated and difficult.
If they're already able to determine how much each customer is to be reimbursed, just reimburse them that amount.

Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
I tried purchasing GA lawn seats to three different concerts in Illinois and one in Indiana and they all came back as "Sorry, you can't use your voucher for these tickets", despite being on the list. Pathetic.

Had 17, went down to 16 for some reason. Only one venue to use them at, when the last time I saw a show there was 3 years ago.
Pretty sure these will last until expiration

Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
Somehow I actually expected better of Ticketmaster. *shrug* I guess the other vouchers will at least make a tiny dent in their fees.

Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
What a joke. Most of the shows listed for the Boston area are for lawn seats at GreatWoods (or whatever they call it nowadays). I actually might have thought about the Duran Duran/Chic show, or even the Keith Urban show, but not on the lawn.
There were a couple shows at the House of Blues that might be fun, at least for free. So I tried to buy a pair of tickets for the SummerLand tour (Sugar Ray, Everclear, Sponge, and Lit). Instead I get this error message:
There are problems with your submission
We're sorry we were not able to redeem your voucher for the following reasons. Please refer to your voucher's conditions of use for further details.
Sorry, the voucher code you entered cannot be used to purchase these tickets. Please double check your code and try again.
WTF?

Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
Has anyone tried to use the $2 off coupons yet? Have they been confirmed stackable or not? I figured they aren;t but was just curious if it had been confirmed or not.

Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
If not and if it is a GA show, just do 2 separate transactions... unless they charge a per order charge. Some shows/venues do, some don't.

Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
Looks like they finally added a couple of Houston venues. But, other than Zakk Wylde, nothing of interest so far.

Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
They do have Dead Kennedys and Sun Kil Moon at Theatre of Living Arts though. I might go for that Sun Kil Moon show. (These are $20 tickets by the way. Wow, thanks TM.)
I wonder if the list will change or this is it? Those are the only two I'd consider.

Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
What a bunch of bullshit. I tried to buy two tickets to Sun Kil Moon and applied one of my two vouchers and it says:
The concert was on their fucking list.

Re: PSA: Check your Ticketmaster account
Looks like the list has went from 450 events to 250.... All the ampitheatres around me were removed, but added were some shows in NYC and Philly. I was looking to see if Glass Animals at the Fillmore would be added, but nope.
