I can't believe this- we were supposed to see him next week with Nick Lowe. I hope he pulls through or it isn't as serious as it sounds! This would also certainly put to rest any Faces reunion concert rumors.

Yikes, hopefully he pulls through. If this goes bad I would start to worry if I was a Stone or past side member.

I was always wishing for a Faces reunion but I never thought it would happen. There seemed to be too much drama but maybe that drama started to fade away.

yes unless you want to count Jimmy Winston (the original keyboardist before Ian) too. He plays on their early work and is in the film "Dateline Diamonds" with them.

This one was a shock. I was just adding my faces collection to itunes yesterday oddly enough. Big fan of his work in the small faces/faces.

Last night I listened to an XM show he was on recently called Playin Records With Mike where he played tracks from his recent projects and his past albums w/the Faces etc.[it was recorded a few weeks ago].
