Name that tune - reward

This is weird, but I heard this song on the radio and on TV last summer in Iceland (2013). No info was provided about artist or title, or it was in Icelandic. I tried Soundhoud and Shazaam, scoured the net for videos that matched, but failed to find it. The last time I heard it, I did a voice memo recording of part of it, so not the highest quality.

So, I will send a $5 Amazon gift card to the first person who can direct me to the title and artist so I can buy the song (or download legally). PM me with your email address if you can name that tune.
