I'd love to see them at Amoeba, but that is going to be one crazy shit show. Line starts at 3pm and only 300 fans can get in and have their album signed.

Got my download of the album last night.

"He Is" has to be one of my favorite tracks by the band. There isn't one weak song in the bunch, though I wish the two very brief instrumentals were either full songs or a bit more substantial (see: Genesis). I just need to hear "Zenith".

Yeah, I decided to flake out of the Amoeba signing. It's already a cluster fuck and has been since about 10:30am when the store opened. I'm too old for that shit. My regular LP is due in tomorrow and the boxed set is due next week sometime. I've already done my part and look forward to them posting the show on YouTube.

Meliora and the new The Sword arrived today and I have had them both on repeat. The Sword album edges out the new Ghost just a bit, IMO.

Anybody else get the cd for super cheap from Best Buy? They apparently mispriced the cd to $1.99. I only noticed it because my friend pointed it out to me while we were waiting in line for 10 minutes due to the store only having one line open and the cashier took forever to ring up 1 person with 1 item. But they honored the price. I have heard that in some other stores the price tags have been half removed, so this is a YMMV situation:

I only bought a copy for myself, and later I saw that people had bought every copy that their local stores had to resell on ebay. I saw some pictures with 8 copies that one person bought to resell. But out of curiosity I checked ebay and they aren't selling, which made me laugh.

I was at two different Best Buys and they were sold out of the exclusive version. Two separate employees assured me that they would be getting more copies but I don't believe them. Does anyone know on good authority that they will?

If you can't get the Best Buy exclusive you aren't missing much. The bonus tracks are both live recordings of older songs, and someone has uploaded them onto YouTube if you want to hear them. The 3 cards are neat though, but really they are just something that you'll probably stick into the booklet and forget about.

Now the deluxe vinyl box set, that's pretty nice and the track Zenith that is only on that is really good and I'm disappointed that it isn't included in some way.

Got my LE box today. Oh boy, is this thing sweet. Gorgeous layout, detailed booklet, lots of fun goodies. I only wish "Zenith" came with a digital download.
