same thing with the 80s. You have your main-stays like Cyndi Lauper and Wham!, but who remembers a guy named Steve Forbert and his No.11 hit song "Romeo's Tune" from 1980? Neither may sound familiar in and of themselves, but once you heard the song, you'd say, "oh crap! I remember that song!" (if you were alive and listening to music in 1980.)

This thread makes me finally realize that Classic Rock stations are nothing but music purgatory.
