Help with song ID

This song has been getting more airplay recently... it sounds like a British guy, he sort of speak-sings, kind of reminds me of Social Distortions lighter stuff... the lyrics reference "Rock n Roll"... it's got kind of a folksy, or even bluegrass feel to it?
