I love Portnoy and most of his projects and I love Symphony X, but the name Adrenaline Mob combined with the logo gave me the best laugh I had all day yesterday. Seriously Portnoy,

That name and logo are god awful. They couldn't come up with anything better? And that was BIG NEWS according to MP's twitter. They should have called the band Attention Whores.

It actually sounds like Disturbed with Portnoy on drums (from this song anyways) the solo is pretty sick though
Oh and regarding the band name, Portnoy on twitter joked that theyre called Adrenaline Mob because their name would be right after Adele's in best buy and music stores so if itll be easy for everyone to find and buy their album

I like Russell Allen, and Portnoy is a fine drummer (although, I think he is an assclown and he has been going back to the same drumming bag of tricks for about the past decade. Not to mention, fair or not, imo, Dream Theater put out their best album in a while as soon as he left the band, so.....), but I think Adrenaline Mob is awful. The Undaunted song is harmless, but a little to bullshit-tough guy cheesy sounding for me. I like the solo and practically nothing else about it. I listened to their EP in full when they posted it online last year and it sounded like a joke album to me.
