Been looking forward to this tour ever since I heard about it early this year. Did not disappoint and the (late) addition of Early Graves was awesome.

10/23 - Bruce Springsteen @ JPJ Arena, Charlottesvile, VA - Love seeing the Boss, finally got a Hungry Heart and Jungleland
10/31 - Umphrey's McGee @ The Fillmore, Silver Spring, MD - The second set was all covers voted on by the audience, lots of fun.

Soundgarden's 2 1/2 hour record release party in front of 1,200 people at Irving Plaza. What a night!

Amazing. I've now seen Neurosis 2 of out of the 4 times they've played the Bay Area in the last 5 years.
This also ends my run of going to 4 shows in 5 days.

Mike Scott of the Waterboys with fiddler Steve Wickam in Boston, playing an acoustic set after Scott read passages from his new book. Still my all-time favorite voice in rock.

Saw Metric with Stars opening on Saturday night in Toronto. It was a great show. Metric sounded incredible.

Yep, I decided last minute to go to that one also. Although I was a little disappointed that we got the Limelight/Dreamline set instead of the Manhattan Project/Middletown Dreams/Body Electric set.

11/30 - Neil Young and Crazy Horse (with Patti Smith) @ The Patriot Center, Fairfax, VA - First time seeing Neil, awesome jammed out show. Really shocked at how good he sounded.
12/01 - Dark Star Orchestra @ 930 Club, Washington, DC - Not a big fan of The Dead, these guys are good at recreating the sound but it feels flat.

12/1/2012 - THE MONKEES -- Paramount Theater, Huntington, NY
Flew up from Ft. Lauderdale just to see Michael Nesmith perform with Mickey and Peter. Was totally worth the trip. What an awesome show.
