I will see your Hawkwind with my choice of Hall of the Mountain Grill and raise you a Brian Auger's Oblivion Express - Closer To It.

Camel's "Mirage" and the two Captain Beyonds I consider lost treasures. Love them.
Those who want to check out Little Feat. There is a mini-LP set of the first five LPs for $20 or less.

Ross: "Ross" Have always wanted to check this out. Only available for $40+ as Japanese import. This and Clapton's 461 Ocean Boulevard were released together as the flagship releaes of RSO records. Ross opened for Clapton on his '74 tour.

Crawler: "Crawler" Released in '77 and sounds like it. But it's cool retro. Sounds like middle-of-the-night 70s FM. Their other release "Snake, Rattle and Roll" is a disappointment.

Brand X: Livestock (EXCELLENT Progressive Jazz)

I have almost 500 vinyl LPs with some of the strangest and most obscure music mostly from the 70's (none of the top 40's crap) and a few (but not many) from the 80's. Sounds like our tastes in music are similar Ayre...

How about this...

I saw Brand X on the Livestock Tour ... Unfortunately that was after Phil Collins left the band. I think his best work was on the first two Brand X albums. Percy Jones is one of my all time favorite bass guitarists especially his work with Eno on another Lost Classic ... Before And After Science.
