Re: Black sabbath: reunited original band line up for new album.
The only real missteps of the Ozzy era are Technical Ecstasy and Never Say Die, but they were falling apart by that point anyhow.
Vol. 4 was definitely transitional, and not all of it worked, but it's still got some solid material.

August 24th at the Gorge Amphitheater in George, WA is an awesome venue for Sabbath! At least there is a campground there as well, considering it is in the middle of bfe. Road trip!

Monday night for the Bay Area?
Saw the original lineup back in '99 and '01, but I really want to see them again.

Love Irivine Meadows aka Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. I've seen so many shows there, festivals, etc... When that venue goes, like Universal Amphitheatre, it will bee a sad day.

Damn. Granted, I didn't go there often, but I liked it when I did. Saw Steely Dan there twice on their last tour.

Saw Guns N' Roses (last incarnation), Almost Acoustic Christmas (Audio Slave's debut) Rob Zombie (Sinister Urge tour), and George Lopez there. Always had a blast at that venue.

. The episode is set to air on Wednesday, May 15 at 10:00 p.m. ET on CBS-TV. The band will world premiere a song called "End Of The Beginning" from "13". The episode's plot follows the "CSI" team as they investigate a series of murder that resemble the sins in "Dante's Inferno", with the trail leading the detectives played by Ted Danson and Marc Vann to attend a SABBATH concert. I don't watch csi but I might have to catch this episode.

It was ok...it was neat to see, but couldn't really get into the song with all the talking going on over it. And they had a short scene of Gaius Baltar interviewing Ozzy. Gaius mentioned the Ultimate Sin tour in '86 which was kinda cool.
