Someone did a slowed version of U-Smile and it's awesome

It's like the stuff that Shenkar did on Heroes.

It's not bad, really. But I think it's interesting that people can listen to that for a half hour. A million plus people.

Yeah, probably 500,000 people or lest pressed Play a couple of times.
It's fine, I'm not into music made that way on purpose either.

That's a fun morning background listen; I started it and cleaned up around the house and then took a shower and it was still going when I was done. Reminds me of that one Godflesh song that took up a whole album side and was based on a slowed-down Beach Boys sample. But really, I imagine this kid's music is so uninteresting to begin with that any attempts to alter it - slow it down, speed it up, subject it to chance operations determined by the I Ching - can only make it better as it couldn't be any worse.

This is actually fairly cool. I like ambient music, and didn't think that this would work out as well as it did. I look forward to any others that are done in the same way.
I guess Reddit has a bunch of these:

This is surprisingly easy to do. I've done a couple metal songs, which are pretty cool in a dark ambient/drone kind of way. It'll take some messing around to find something that really grabs me, though.
