Ratt - Infestation
 

Anyone else picking this up on 4/20, sampled the tracks, it sounds like it is going to be really good, i've loved this band since there beginning some 25 years ago, anyway can't wait to get it.

Can't wait to get this from UPS. THIS IS ROCK. Eat Me Up Alive sounds like 80's Ratt. This album rocks! Also, if you bought the cd like me make sure to download the extra song on amazon. It's called Scatter and is a pretty good addition for 99 cents. I recently got the new Scorpions album and the latest Whitesnake album and they rock too. Lots of nostalgia hearing these 3 albums :)

I too purchased the latest from Whitesnake and The Scorps, great stuff, speaking of the Scorpions "Sting in the Tail" was pretty good but the 2 albums before it were utterly amazing, "Unbreakable" the intro to track 11 "This Time" gives me goosebumps everytime i play it it is so amazing, and "Humanity Hour 1" is awesome, back on the mighty Ratt will definately check out that Amazon track.

Infestation is really, really good. It's as good as most of their mid 80's material, and the band sounds young and enthusiastic. It doesn't have anything quite as immediate as, "Round and Round," (although, "Best of Me," is close), but it's a consistently strong album throughout.

Great review Erik, i am loving this album, the only track i'm not that crazy about is track 7, now only if they would remaster there previous cd's.

I really dig this CD it is great to see they can still ROCK!! I agree with the above about track 7 that one is not really growing on me either, but the rest are great.
