Re: Soundgarden to re-unite in 2010
I predict they'll headline a night at Lollapalooza

Re: Soundgarden to re-unite in 2010
Hopefully this means the end of Chris Cornell's shitty music phase.

Matt Cameron would be an idiot if he left Pearl Jam.

The band name makes me think of Savage Garden.

Re: Soundgarden to re-unite in 2010
I'd love to hear them go more towards a Badmotorfinger sound. Didn't really care for the last full length.

Re: Soundgarden to re-unite in 2010
I just hope they actually put out some new music. Unlike Rage against the machine.

Re: Soundgarden to re-unite in 2010
Super happy to hear of this yesterday...the first day of the year provides the best news of the year already!!
PS: There is no way Cameron is leaving PJ due to this....he'll find time for both (he'll just be exhausted when this year is over!) |
Re: Soundgarden to re-unite in 2010
Awesome but I'm not gonna get overly excited till I hear some tracks. Please let this be good.

I dig Soundgarden, but I'm not as excited about this as I am for the Alice in Chains reunion.

I had tickets to see them in concert, then they broke up.

Re: Soundgarden to re-unite in 2010
So what happens to Audioslave? Or is that dead now?

Re: Soundgarden to re-unite in 2010
Audioslave has been dead since 2007ish :(
So Cornell could go solo, bleh! |
Re: Soundgarden to re-unite in 2010
I never thought Cornell's voice melded well with the rest of Audioslave. It seemed horribly out of place, despite the music itself being enjoyable.
