not much details but it sounds like they may copy Metallica and offer audio and video of live shows

Good. I am quite pleased with STS9 recording each of their shows, and releasing them on the internet a few days later. I've bought all of the concerts I've gone to. I would probably buy a recording of each and every concert I go to, assuming I liked the performance.

That bands haven't been doing this for the past twenty years is both a great mystery and obvious proof that record companies don't know how to make money logically.

When I think about how many bootlegs I have purchased at about $25 per disk, it makes me very sad.
