I hated voting against Air. They make amazing music and have done no wrong. If they were against anyone else in this round, except Marley, they would have got my vote.

Jimi Hendrix => Pretty Easy
Bob Marley => Pretty Easy
Ray Charles => Extremely Easy
Peter Gabriel => I like both but I like Peter Gabriel more
Captain Beefheart => Probably should have abstained but what the hell
Abstain => hate Def Leppard, but don't like Run DMC enough to actually vote for them
The Cars => I like Fleetwood Mac especially Tusk but I love The Cars

No, I meant against anyone else besides who they are against (Hendrix) and Marley. Those are the only two this round that I would have voted for over Air. I hope that makes better sense. Or I could just say I'd rank my top 3 in this round: 1.Marley 2.Hendrix 3.Air

The National - Very easy choice. I'll write off their loss this round to the large number of people that seem not to have heard them.

Jimi Hendrix - Don't listen to much of either of these choices these days, but I used to be quite a fiend for Hendrix.

Bob Marley - Not a huge Marley fan, but given the choice between silence and Rammstein, I'll take silence every time.

Ray Charles - Two artists that hover out around the edges of my musical taste, but I slightly prefer Charles.

Peter Gabriel - Another fairly easy choice, as I've always enjoyed Gabriel and have never been a huge Thin Lizzy fan.

Faith No More - Two artists I'm only casually familiar with, but I give the slight edge to Faith No More.

Def Leppard - Neither of these artists' catalogs have aged well, but Def Leppard's not quite as bad.

The Cars - I love the Cars and despise Fleetwood Mac. Easiest choice of this round.
