IIRC, this emi rejection letter (whether real or faked / forged) was also in the giant booklet which came with the MMV box set from 2005.

I'm really digging the two recent EPs from Finnish band Moonlight Sorcery. They are basically a symphonic melodic black metal band with neoclassical guitar flourishes, so right up my alley. They are like some strange combination of Emperor and Yngwie Malmsteen, great stuff!
