"Centerfield" by John Fogerty comes to mind. I could do (and in the past, have done) an entire summer country mix, but I'll save myself the typing since I doubt anyone else would care about those songs.
Also, the theme from Jaws, which I would throw on at the end of the mix, sort like a bonus track. It always gets played at a public pool somewhere over the summer and has become entrenched in my mind during the warm months whenever I'm around water. |
