What Are Your Favorite Instrumental Songs?
Simply question: what are your favorite instruments only songs?
(Pink Floyd's "Any Colour You Like" is what got me thinking about this subject, so that's one of my instrumental favorites)

Recently, I've really liked a lot of Holy Fuck's work.
There are no programmed backing tracks in their music. It's all done on live instruments (and non-instruments, like a 35mm film sequencer).
Here's what their live setup looks like:

Clint Mansell - Requiem for a Tower
Air - Alone in Kyoto
Porcupine Tree - Wedding Nails
And of course Apache. It's not fair that somebody picked it before me.

Dream Theater - Erotomania
Steve Vai - pretty much the entire Passion and Warfare album
Eric Johnson - Cliffs of Dover
Satriani - Mystical Potato Head Groove Thing
Rush - YYZ
...thought I'd also add:
Medeski Martin and Wood - I don't really know their albums. I saw them live here in Minneapolis, though. It was one of the most engaging and entrancing shows I've attended, and was fully instrumental.
