I got into a discussion with my wife about famous musicians whose fathers (or mothers) were famous musicians in their own right. We came up with:

Jakob Dylan
The members of Wilson-Phillips
Jason Bonham
Nelson (Matthew and Gunnar Nelson)
Hank Williams, Jr.
Julian and Sean Lennon
Zak Starkey
The Zappas (Dweezil, Moon Unit, and Ahmet)
Wynonna Judd

Note that I included Zak Starkey, so I've got a relatively loose definition of "famous." I know we must be missing a bunch. Who else is out there?

Norah Jones.

Yeah, there are a bunch of them.

Also I remember hearing about a band a few years ago that was basically the kids of a lot of famous musicians, but they were all like 9 or 10. It may have included the son or daughter of Thurston Moore, if such a thing exists.
