Statues is the best song Paul McCartney's done since he split up Wings.

Guess I'm in the minority here, but I think it is there best since Colour and feel it most closely resembles that album.

I have really enjoyed each album, this was is no different. Great mix of rockin' tracks, with some outstanding acoustic and ballady efforts. Acoustic solo on one track (name escapes me) is just top notch.

Look forward to some more spins on this.

if you haven't got that yet, try your borders.

Awesome Album!!! Great writing, great sound. Good mix between the soft and hard.
I have loved all the albums when they came out and still love them all. I loved IYH when it came out and still do, but this is even better than IYH, OBO, and Perhaps FF, and TINLTL, but not sure yet. The harder songs are freakin great, very very good riffs, great lyrics.
The Pretender, Let It Die, Erase/Replace, Long Road To Ruin, Summers End, Statues, and Home are just Top notch. And the Others are very solid as well.
A Very Melodic album, reminds me of something related to TCATS and TINLTL.

Love it.

Foo Fighters' Roswell/RCA album "Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace" enters at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 with 168,000. The band's last record, 2005's "In Your Honor," earned its best charting numbers, bowing at No. 2 with 311,000.

The last album had a ton of hype riding with it. And I think its a great album.

ESPG has went WAY under the radar and hasnt had nowhere near the hype. I think this one will start slower but will have more singles so it will stay longer on the charts. Just a guess, but I think this is the more solid of the two and will have a good run.
Ive listened to ESPG about 20 times, and its just so great.
