ASH - Twilight of the Innocents (US release ?)

I assume this is coming out domestically, NME reports that it came out today - which isn't true. I'd be up for buying the import, but in my case, I always seem to jump the gun and it gets announced/inevitably released?

any news?

I'm in the same boat - get it now or wait for the domestic release. I've yet to read anything about a domestic release, and given the relative non-impact of "Meltdown", I wouldn't be surprised if they had to negotiate yet another new deal.

Keep in mind, though, that there was quite a gap between the UK and US release of both "Free All Angels" and "Meltdown" - 9 months or more in both cases if I'm not mistaken. As much as I don't want to shell out for the import, I don't really want to have to wait that long to get it. I'm especially torn because the reviews haven't been so hot lately, and none of the singles so far have really done it for me. But I want it.

So to answer your question, no there's no news yet, but I also wouldn't expect it any time soon.

I'd go the CDWow route, since its US weblink has it up for $14.95 (price +p/h). I just don't want to buy it and then find out the US version has bonus songs/ extra disc - as many of the various imports of Ash's album catalog are released as such - it's all very annoying if you ask me, I own like three different version of 'Free All Angels'

I know I own both the UK and US releases of Meltdown.

I know iTunes put Meltdown on the US store when it was released in the UK, but that doesn't seem to be the case with their new release. :(

I just placed my order with CDWow, but it pisses me off that it could be awhile before the US gets the release. At least The Go! Team's second album will be released a day later in the US.
