James reform. Tim Booth is back..
I love James, but I hate the name of the band, as its absolutely impossible to search on anywhere..
Anyway they are back, tour of the UK coming. http://www.wearejames.com/ |
yay!!! *LOVE* James!
|
Woohoo! Great news to start off my day! :)
|
Great news! They were (and still are) one of my favorites....
|
one word... awesome!
|
Cool news! Looking forward to hearing more from them. Great band.
|
Well that was fast. I flew to London for their "last" show. I guess I won't be able to say that in a few months.
I wish I'd gotten a chance to see Tim Booth touring his solo album. I really liked it and was looking forward to more from him. |
I'm not sure if Tim made it to Atlanta, but wasn't he over here in the U.S. in 2006? I shouldn't have been surprised, but when I saw them on their "Laid" tour it was one of the better shows I've ever seen. Captivating.
|
So they have toured in the US yes? the only time I ever saw them was 1993 at Slane Castle..
on the bill with Pearl Jam and Van Morrison and Neil Young |
If they make it out here, I'll probably check out the show.
Does this mean no Mr. Zsasz in the next Batman movie? :( |
Exciting news. "Pleased To Meet You" was a relatively disappointing album to end a career on so hopefully a few years off have recharged their batteries. The Tim Booth album was ok, but it just wasn't James.
