Blue Jean comes close (but doesn't have the word home). I had to look it up since the lyrics you posted don't sound familiar to me.

That'd be it - good one. The "Oh" of the second line comes in as backing vox straight after the "Somebody Send me" so it could easily be misheard as "Somebody send me home".
