Cracker - This is Cracker Soul

Bob Dylan has "Bob Dylan's Dream", "Bob Dylan's 115th Dream" and "Bob Dylan's Blues" but he only namechecks himself in those titles and not the songs themselves.

I disagree. Saying, "we were just another band out of Boston" is not name-checking yourself.

Lewis Taylor has a song 'Lewis II' from the album of the same name, that includes the line: 'all this and Lewis, too...'
He also wrote songs called Lewis III and IV but those don't include his name in the lyrics.

Buford:
Spoiler:
I'll get those CDs out to you this week!

Madness
Public Image Limited
Big Audio Dynamite

U2 kind of does in the song "A Celebration", with the chorus "And you/can go there too".

The Shitbirds-Theme from Shitbird

I actually asked the same question last March. I'm not being one of those sarcastic assholes who puts "Search is a friend"...How the hell would you know this has been talked about before? There are a lot of bands not on this thread that are posted on mine.
