Underworld - Juanita/Kiteless

Off the top of my head...

"I Could Never Take the Place Of Your Man" & "Play In the Sunshine/Housequake" from the "Sign O the Times" flick..

"I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" from "Rattle & Hum"

BillSD 01-19-06 08:19 PM

"Sugar" by Tori Amos. The live version on "..Venus.." far surpasses the studio version.

JANK 01-19-06 08:32 PM

Rollling Stones "Midnight Rambler" from "Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out" ALTHOUGH I do like the studio version just as well from Gimme Shelter.

The Infidel 01-19-06 11:51 PM

Dishwalla - Counting Blue Cars

I'll second that. Especially Tusk and any other songs with Lindsay's tearing it up on the guitar.

Also love ALABAMA live doing My Home's In Alabama & Tennessee River (41 #1 Hits DVD is awesome). Can't wait 'til the new box set comes out. http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showthread.php?t=445538

Anything by the Allman Bros

RUSH: "Resist"

I love the studio version but the Live acoustic version is awesome. Too bad RUSH doesn't try an all acoustic cd.

Deep Purple - "Strange Kind of Woman"

Alway liked the live version on "Made in Japan" oppose to the studio version on "Fireball", plus loved that killer scream by Ian Gillian at the end.

1,000 Oceans - Tori Amos

No Quarter - Tool

Vanishing - A Perfect Circle

Every song on "Made in Japan" beats the studio version.

Scorpions "Another Piece of Meat" from Worldwide Live, much faster and harder than the original version.
Tori Amos has many great live songs, "The Waitress" from Venus, she goes ballistic!

MeatMop 01-21-06 08:32 PM

Ashlee Simpson, "Autobiography."
