My new nomination for TEH SUCK is Coldplay's "Talk". That guitar riff is just putrid.

Three pages and nobody mentions "who let the dogs out"? Shame shame...
I was going to mention the Blur "whoo hoo" song # whatever but it's been touched on...
Also have to add "500 Miles" by The Proclaimers. I HATE that song with a passion.
As for Mr. Brightside, well, I still like it, but I also don't listen to the radio, so it hasn't been ruined for me.

Oh yeah, that Four Non-Blondes song is scraping the bottom of pop radio HELL. I really can't think of any song I've heard that I hate worse. Linda writes better songs for little teeny boppers and that's a really sad compliment.
Neal Boortz calls current R&B "urban yodelling". I am a huge fan of classic soul music (Stevie, Al, James, Marvin, etc.), but once a singer hits three octaves on one syllable I have to immediately shut off the power. Good god that is annoying.

Another vote for Laffy Taffy. I could only shake my head in disbelief when I heard a cell phone ringtone of a 30-something girl featuring this putrid excuse for a song. Awful song, I want to spit in the eye of whoever conceived this piece of shit.

Kim’s the first girl I kissed
I was so nervous that I nearly missed
If you're gonna quote a song, do it right. Nickelback rocks anyway.

I hate it when someone says they hate the lyrics and then they don't even know them.

Gorillaz are cool, but they can get annoying after awhile.
